TRANSPORTATION AND PARKING SPACES IN MARBELLA VILLAS:

For those who seek public transportation in Marbella Villas, the nearest bus stop is at a 12-minute drive near the Nadiyah community. The central bus station of Ras Al Khaimah is also 12 minutes away. One can take a bus to travel to other emirates from this bus station.

There is plenty of parking spaces in Marbella Villas. Visitors can park their vehicles outside villas while residents get a parking space for their vehicles inside the villas and townhouses.

A refundable damage deposit (AED 5,000) is not included in the rate. The rate includes 5% VAT.
